Create immediate rapport – the Obama technique

It is the first impression, the first words that you are going to use that are going to pave the path for a successful sale. It is not only the content of the words that you are going to use that are going to make the difference but most of all the way you are going to deliver your message. Your confidence, they way you use the words, the rapport you create.

Breaking the ice and creating rapport is something that definitely is going to influence the outcome of your conversation.

When I talk to international customers I use what I call the “Obama Technique”.
